SunDried Apricots

 First step is to slice and prepare the apricots and limes. Then, 

we dipped them into lime juice, which acts as a natural preservative.

And then they are laid out onto a screened table to dry in the hot San Diego sun!

Wow look at all those fresh apricots!

on each hike and he truly loved swimming in the lake.
