Nate and I have been volunteering 2 times a week at an urban garden with Slow Food Amsterdam. They have started an amazing garden that is in its full glory right now.  Beans, potatoes, peppers, salade greens of all kinds, corn, zucchini, cabbage, eggplant, tomatillos and so much more. YUM!
 Beautiful Bean Plants!

It was an extremely hot weekend here in Amsterdam.
Got up to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beer frisbee. One hand to throw the disc one hand to hold

:) Enjoying A'Dam :)

~Morning Yoga in the park~

Nate and I were biking through one of the many parks in Amsterdam
when we came across, WHAT, free massages in the park!
So cool!
Notice anything different about this port-a-potty?
Yah, you just pee outside so the whole world can watch you.
How is a woman suppose to use this one...?
Hahaha!

We recently just held our first potluck, vegetarian theme.
There was quite the spread.  To left I am proudly holding my homemade
chocolate cake. It is not as easy to find baking goods in Amsterdam.  It is probably because there
is a bakery on every corner, so why would you need to bake anything yourself at home.
It wasn't the best cake I have ever made but I was good for what I had to work with.
The group of friends enjoying the sunshine in our backyard garden.
It was a beautiful sunny day.
And of course we had to introduce them to LRC our favorite game.
Here is a picture of the winner (44Euros)!
It may not look like much but each coin you see if worth 1 Euro.
